Italian meringue recipe

 

Ingredients:
– 7oz egg whites
– 12oz sugar

Procedure:
Blend egg whites by adding sugar a little at a time.
Forming disks of meringue on baking paper. Bake to 230°F about 3 hours. Cook with the oven slightly open.
Let cool meringue.

In the video we have proposed the meringues as an ingredient of a great ice cream cake.
