How to whip cream

How do I whip properly the cream?
The key is to keep the cream cold. Store cream in a refrigerator at 4°C. If your refrigerator is not cooling properly the cream, put it in the freezer before whip. Put in freezer also beaters and the container where you will pour the cream.
If you have a cheap blender recommend to whip 200-400ml of cream at a time.
