Nutella crepes recipe

Today we offer you a quick and easy recipe for parties: the Nutella crepes. Imagine waking up and already having a lot of things to do, preparing lunch for the guests, going out to make purchases, etc.
At the same time, however, you do not want to miss out on a special family breakfast. This is the solution, easy and fast.

Video recipe: How to prepare Nutlla crepes

Ingredients for 8 crepes:
– 1 cup (250 ml) of milk
– 5,3 oz (150 gr) of flour
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Procedure:
Pour into a container: eggs, sugar, salt, oil, a third of milk and flour. Mix the ingredients with the whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Having added only a part of milk facilitates this part of the procedure and minimizes the possibility of creating lumps. Then pour the remaining milk and continue to mix. Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
Cooking the crepes will last about two minutes. It is important to pour the crepes dough on a slightly greased and hot pan.
At the end of the preparation, spread the Nutella and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can try adding dried prunes cut into cubes.
